At Pinakka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and customer-friendly return and refund process.

1. 30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns requested beyond the 30-day window will not be accepted.

2. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking or handling fees. Our return and exchange process is completely free of hidden charges to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.

3. Return Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping for orders returned within the 30-day period. A prepaid return label will be provided once your return request is approved. Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Once approved, we will email you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification once the refund is completed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
