Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number when your order is dispatched.
Please note that during high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. However, we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, we offer shipping exclusively within the United States. We do not support international shipping. Orders placed from outside the United States will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order is processed and dispatched, you can expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days. The delivery timeline may vary depending on your location and the performance of the shipping carrier.
In rural or remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package is delivered safely and on time. The specific carrier used may vary based on your location and the type of items purchased.
Shipping Fees
All domestic orders are eligible for free standard shipping. There are no additional handling or delivery charges. We believe in transparent pricing — the price you see at checkout is the total cost you pay.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and estimated arrival of your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active after shipment.
Failed Delivery and Re-delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed and returned to us, we will notify you by email. We can reship the order to a corrected address, but additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
In rare cases of lost or significantly delayed packages, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the extent of the damage.
Changes to Orders
If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating your shipping address), please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.
